Globetrotters Int is the only hostel who offers guests airconditioning , Wi-Fi , Cable Tv , and fridge in room as standard , no more to pay. We are not your standard hostel , quite day and night , private , take a break from living in a normal hostel and treat you (and your partner) to some chill time.

Our free ADSL2+ Wi-Fi is the fastest broadband in Australia. Guests can skype , email and reserch their next destination in detail from the comfort of their room or the hostels laptops saving big $$$

All our rooms (dorms , singles , twin/dbl , apartments) have airconditioning and guests are welcome to use this morning noon or night free of charge. Staying in the tropics aircon is a must and can be the difference between a great trip or a nightmare.

Guests can also enjoy our Cable Tv in ALL rooms having 7 free to air channels and 5 Cable channels including Fox1 and 2 (catch up on all the live and replayed football from around the world including the English Premier League and FIFA ect ) animal and music channel and Sky News. Our guests comment on how much football we have on Australian tv compared to back home. A great way to chill out and relax.. Go the Gunners....

Out tour desk is second to none. We recommend the best tours at the best prices. Dont book any tours until you have talked to us. We will beat any price and is only available to guests staying with us.Save big $$$$.
Office hrs are 7am to 2 Pm .Siesta 5 pm to 7pm tours can be booked during these hrs.

Globetrotters Int has full security with cameras located through the grounds and is fully fenced with security coded access available 24 hrs a day. We pride ourselves on offering safe , secure and clean accommodation.

Space is everywhere including large pool and lawn area with sun lounges and outdoor settings. Great place to get an Australian tan and meet fellow travellers.

A 24 hr laundry is located on the grounds with washing machines , dryers and clothes lines. We also provide free washing powder at all times.

Free luggage storage when going on overnight trips and our transfers start $7.50 per person and can be organized through us.

Globetrotters Int is located in the expensive high rise area of Cairns with views to the Esplanard 50 mts away.Restuarants , take aways and convienent stores are in viewing distant. We are 5.5 klm from the airport and an easy 10 min walk to the city centre via the magnificent Esplanard.
